Felons launches weekly barbecue
Today marks an epic day friends. We’ve fired up our new Barbecue at the Brewery and have dedicated some fresh, locally sourced cuts of meat for you all to indulge in.
• Monday Steak night – Delicious, flame cooked 300gm scotch fillet w/ sweet potato, watercress & chimichurri. Best tackled with our cold and refreshing Middy.
• Rotisserie Lamb Tuesdays – Chermoula lamb, grilled eggplant w/ buttermilk, fregola, roasted capsicum and pomegranate. A tasty treat matched with a lush IPA.
• Porchetta Wednesdays – Byron Bay Free range Porchetta, grilled fennel, roasted apple & salsa verde. A fitting companion with an icy Sonny Cider or Australian Pale Ale.
