Are you old enough to legally drink alcohol?
Since bursting onto the scene with their triple j Unearthed High win in 2020, the fiercely independent duo of Cahli and Tahlia have become one of Australia's most exciting alternative acts, earning a reputation for high-energy performances, razor-sharp songwriting and an unapologetic sound that hits hard.
With their acclaimed debut album The Rot That Grows Inside My Chest, multiple South Australian Music Awards and tours alongside Foo Fighters, Sum 41, The Chats and Slowly Slowly, Teenage Joans have firmly established themselves as a force in Australian punk.
Supported by Bronte Alva, a queer indie pop/rock artist from Kiama, NSW, writing emotionally charged songs that sit somewhere between vulnerability and ego. Built on gritty guitars and hook driven melodies, her music captures the contradictions of early adulthood.
Free entry - see the duo live for Surf + Sound Festival at Felons Barrel Room - Friday 23 October!
