If joining a brewery tour, closed in shoes must be worn.

Our outdoor areas are left exclusively for walk-in customers. We have a huge amount of seating so walk-in anytime no matter what your group size!

Minors are welcome if they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian. If not, they’ll need to join us as a booking inside our venue. Visit our contact page to get in touch with our reservations team.

We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience. For group menu bookings, dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event.

Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.

We love all walks of life – including our furry friends! Bring your pooch and relax in good company. Please note dogs are not permitted inside the venue but are welcome in all outdoor areas. Please keep in mind we are a busy venue so bring your pet only if they’ll feel comfortable.

We don’t allow any decorations or balloons within our venue.

You are than welcome to bring a cake, however, we cannot cut or store it for you. Our team can provide cutlery and plates on the day as required.

We only split bills a maximum of 4 ways or alternatively, you can use our Me&U beacons for guests to order and pay individually. For groups menus we recommend transferring to one account or bringing in cash on the day!

Street parking is available nearby throughout New Farm & Fortitude Valley. Underneath the hotel is a split-level Secure Carpark which should have ample parking for your visit to Felons brewery.

The best way to start a bar tab is through our table ordering system “Me&U”. Bar tabs can also be organised over the bar.

All sections of our venue besides a small upper deck balcony are wheelchair accessible.
