Brisbane Festival returns this 30 Aug - 21 Sept for its famously bold celebration of our favourite city!

A multi-sensory experience for all, the explosive 3 week arts festival exhibits the works of acclaimed international, First Nations and local artists.

Immerse into this years stellar program, where inspiring storytelling, daring theatre and evocative art, fashion, performance and interactive installations take over some of the cities most iconic landmarks!

Firing off Bris Fest with a literal bang! 

Watch the electrifying fireworks display, with fresh beers flowing and DJ's spinning, from one of the best viewing spots in the city - right here at the brewery!

Big Name, No Blankets electrifies with the unforgettable journey of Sammy Tjapanangka Butcher, founding member of the legendary Warumpi Band—Australia's trailblazing First Peoples rock group. 

From jamming on flour drums in Papunya to dominating stages worldwide, Warumpi Band's rise is a story of passion, culture, and rebellion. Featuring the sounds of Luritja and Gumatj, the show bridges worlds of bush and city, fame and family, with electrifying music and heart.

BALLYMORE STADIUM

Take a beat and experience that Sweet Relief! Headlined by Y2K R&B pop pioneer Kelis, this years lineup is a nostalgia-fuelled celebration of dance-floor hits, led by the icons themselves.

Joining her are Aussie favorites The Presets, Electric Fields, Haiku Hands, DJ dameeeela, and JUNO, with more exciting announcements still to come!

LIGHTSCAPE

CITY BOTANIC GARDENS

Wander beneath towering tree canopies illuminated in colour, look up to larger-than-life flowers, follow the shining neon roots, and enter the dynamic glowing tunnels. 

This globally renowned phenomenon takes you on an afterdeck journey through sound, light and kaleidoscopic colour. This years installation features two incredible sculptural installations created by Queensland First Nations artists Paul Bong (aka Bindur Bullin) and Michelle Yeatman.
