Our live music program at Felons Manly runs weekly, Weds-Sun, and features some of Sydney’s best local musicians & top selectors. 

Wednesdays: Live Jazz

Thursdays and Fridays: Funk trios and DJs set an easy going tone in the lead up the weekend.

Weekends: Kick off with high-energy live Cuban jazz and energetic DJ sets.

Felons Manly’s late night DJ program boasts a stellar lineup of renowned selectors, including Mo' Funk, St Croix, Sophia and Gaff E. Their groove-driven sets blend disco, boogie, house, and global rhythms, creating a warm feel-good energy.

Sundays: Sunset sessions wind things down with rich, laid-back sounds—think 70s Golden Era folk, bossa/samba, and reggae— including celebrated artists like Maitê Inaê and Big Wheels.

Omatomico

A fusion of Cuban jazz and Latin funk, Omatomico is a Sydney-based collective delivering anything from sultry jazz to high-energy grooves, deep rhythms, and electrifying improvisation. Rooted in the rich traditions of Afro-Cuban music, their sound blends the syncopated pulse of Latin jazz with the infectious drive of funk, creating a vibrant and danceable experience.

Dink is a four-piece jazz-fusion band from Eora/Sydney, blending jazz, funk, neo-soul, and experimental sounds in a style that draws comparisons to BADBADNOTGOOD and Ezra Collective. Formed in 2022 the group takes inspiration from artists like Steely Dan, Yussef Dayes, and Weather Report. Known for their dynamic live shows and intricate improvisation, Dink has played across Sydney and Melbourne, including venues like The Vanguard and Bar Oussou. Their releases Tessellate, Side One, Midnight Under the Mountain, and Mixture capture their bold, genre defying approach to modern jazz fusion.

End Notes

End Notes is a genre-blurring collective of Sydney-based musicians known for electrifying live shows that fuse jazz, soul, funk, Brazilian, Afrobeat, and improvisational grooves. Founded by bassist Ed Lyons, the group has built a loyal following through high-energy residencies and one-off events across the city, featuring rotating lineups of vocalists, MCs, horn sections, and percussionists. End Notes continues to celebrate spontaneity, rhythm, and community reimagining classics and deep cuts alike for the dancefloor.
