In partnership with Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival, Neil Perry will join us for an exclusive dinner at Felons Seafood on Thursday July 30th.
The carefully curated four course menu will showcase Margaret’s incredible commitment to quality produce and be a reunion of Neil Perry and Head Chef Luke Bourke, who spent the past decade honing his craft as an apprentice through to sous chef at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, before bringing his culinary expertise to lead the team at Felons Seafood.
$250PP, with an optional wine pairing curated by Felons Seafood Head of Wine Christian Blair.
