Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, indie- pop-rock three piece Flag Duty have spent the last couple of years developing a colourful sound and establishing themselves as energetic and eccentric entertainers.
The band - singer Ben Hobart, bassist Tom Jolly and guitarist Abi Ashford - draw on an eclectic mix of modern and nostalgic musical influences to create their genre-blending sound, combining the musical hooks of indie-rock with catchy pop melodies and honest lyricism.
In 2026, Flag Duty are back with their new single Nothing At All.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land upon which Felons sits, the Turrbal & Jagera people of Meanjin. We recognise their continuing connection and unique cultural and spiritual relationship to the land, water and community. We pay our deepest respects to them and their culture, and to Elders, past, present and emerging.
