Radial Delay + Colleen Ave.
Friday, 13 March
,Doors from 8pm
Radial Delay are a Brisbane-based four-piece carving out a guitar-driven blend of rock, folk, and pop - a sound shaped by varied influences, from artists like Spacey Jane and The Vanns, to Pink Floyd and Coldplay. Intoxicating vocal melodies and ear worm lead guitaring soar over warm bass lines and steadfast rhythm, creating tracks that feel both fresh and familiar - contemporary, yet grounded in the classics that formed the soundtrack of their youth.
Dedicated live music devotees, Radial Delay have spent their early years refining their stage craft - racking up multiple sold-out nights at Brisbane's Black Bear Lodge, and a seven-date tour across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast in late 2024.
With a loyal following and their strongest material in the pipeline for 2026, the band are well poised to break beyond Brisbane’s borders - come along for the ride ;)
Colleen Ave is the shimmering new force in Australia’s indie scene - a five-piece from Queensland blending lush synths, punchy guitars, and hook-heavy vocals into a sound that’s fresh, modern, and impossible to ignore.
Formed by friends from Emerald, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane, the band brings together a mix of backgrounds to create something unmistakably their own. Their debut EP set the tone in 2024, and now they’re back with their newest single The Way I Feel, out NOW - a track that captures their evolution into a tighter, more polished, and emotionally charged sound.
Influenced by artists like The 1975 and Spacey Jane, Colleen Ave combines indie pop energy with electronic textures and introspective lyrics that hit right where they should. After a massive 2024 that saw them open for names like The Rions, Chutney, and The Colliflowers, Colleen Ave is proving they’re not just a band to watch - they’re one to follow closely.
