Barrel ageing in a centuries-old technique, experimenting with oak as an ingredient in the brewing process.
Not typically seen in the Australian brewing landscape, the process requires incredible craftsmanship & patience.
Conditioned for up to 2+ years, the result is a beer with delicate yet complex flavours to savour.
