Shipping & Returns
Purchases
- Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from purchasing alcohol. By purchasing from Felons Beer you state that you are 18 years or older.
- In the event a beer is not available for one of our mix pack selections/hampers (e.g. river pack) we will replace that item with one of similar appearance and of equal or greater value.
- For photographic purposes we may have used selected props in photographs. Unless an item is listed in the description, it is not included in the hamper/gift. Images are used for indicative purposes. Colour discrepancies / variations may occur from time to time as a result of suppliers modifying their products and/or packaging.
- All products are packaged with care and safety to avoid damage. If a damaged product is received please view our refund and returns policy.
- Cancellations of orders must be done within 72 hours of purchase. All cancellations will receive a credit note to be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. If the purchase has already left our premises we are unable to accept cancellation of the order. Should a refund be required a $10 processing charge may be incurred
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at cellardoor@felonsbrewingco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Brewery Collection
We are more than happy for you to place online orders for Cellar Door collection at Felons Brewing Co between 10am-6pm. Please keep the following in mind:
- You must show your order receipt and ID to our staff to be able to collect your order. Add a note to your order or send us an email if somebody else is collecting the goods on your behalf.
- We can only hand over beer to persons of legal age.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready. Orders cannot be collected prior to you receiving this notification.
- Upon arrival, please ask for Cellar Door Manager or Manager on Duty. Collection hours for online orders are between 10am-6pm Mon-Sun.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
